Subway Surfers World Tour: Seoul 2025 is the 208th World Tour of Subway Surfers. This update released two new surfers: Joo Won and Si Woo, two new outfits for Joo Won and Lucky: Aegyo and Haeng-un, and three new boards: Charmer, Bias Boom and Four-leaf Flux.
The Marathon Challenge takes place in and , the Special Challenge takes place in , the Mystery Hurdles take place in , the Tag Time Attack takes place in , the One Run Challenge takes place in , the Plant Invasion: No Floor Challenge take place in , and the Floor Is Lava: No Floor Challenge take place in .
The Season Hunt tokens are Headphones () and Report Tokens () (exclusive for 
challenge).

- Bugs and Fixes:
- When you run with Charmer, its keychain is buggy.
- In Google Play, the app icon changed.
- For unknown reasons, Charmer and Four-leaf Flux are labeled as Special Board instead of Seoul Board.
- In 3.54.1, the coins that appear in arch trails all have the same pitch as those that appear on the ground.
- In 3.54.1, Soul's glowing glitch from was added back. His Sir Easter Outfit now does the glitch too.
