Subway Surfers World Tour: New York 2021 is the 133rd edition of Subway Surfers and also the 128th edition of the World Tour series.
This edition has the return of a limited character called Tony, which costs 
95,000. This edition also has two new characters, one named Darryl, and the other named Lana, and both cost 
2.99. There is also the return of the hoverboard, called Liberty, which costs 50,000. There is also a new hoverboard, called Uprock, as a prize for the Season Hunt along with Jack and his second outfit, called Dapper Outfit.
The Season Hunt items in this edition are Apples ().

- This update is most likely the least-liked update of 2021 due to the backlash from users as both the limited surfers costed real money and the map was seen as a complete downgrade from it's 2013-2018 counterparts, as most of the colors were either washed out or grey.
