Subway Surfers World Tour: Mumbai 2022 is the 154th edition of the Subway Surfers World Tour series and also the 159th edition of Subway Surfers.

This edition has a new limited character called Alia as a Season Hunt prize (costing 210  on tier 20). There's also a new limited hoverboard called Aero Fish as a Season Hunt prize (costing 80   on the tier 10) along with its Super Speed upgrade (costing 320 on tier 30). Andy returns and receives a new outfit, called Great Outdoors, and both are unlocked through the Play 2 Plant event.

In this edition, Play 2 Plant is back in and Tag Team is held in .

The Season Hunt tokens are Shell ().

• In the 3.1.1 version, there is a new Tag Team variant called "Timed Tag Team". In this Tag Team, you have to get as many points as you can get in a minute or a certain time. While in this challenge, there is a new powerup called "Hourglass". Hourglasses add +5 seconds to the timer on the left of the screen. Once there is 10 seconds left, there will be a countdown on the top middle of the screen with ticking sounds. After you are done with the challenge, the run slows and ends. In this version, there is now option for volume of music and sound effects. When you change the music, it will fade in now. Every button now has the pop sound. Alia has a new scrollbar pose in this update. The loading bar now has a% of how much progress for loading the game it has done.
• This edition added the Hourglass item.

• In 3.1.1 update, there is a weird bug where the Season Hunt token doesn’t spin, this was fixed in 3.6.1.
• This is the 2nd update of 2022 where a character of a previous update of the edition (Koral) doesn't return the 1st being with Jenny.
• The gameplay pictures from the app stores have one picture.
• This is 2nd update of 2022 to take place in Asia. The 1st being .
• One of the updates in fixed the headstart camera glitch and the sideways facing glitch.
• This is the 62nd update to have remixed Background Music.
• In 3.3.1 update, characters that had high quality textures got low quality textures for unknown reasons. For example, Maeko’s Street Outfit gif more blurry and Moira eyebrows had a smudged-like appearance.
