Rosa is a character that can be unlocked by purchasing with 95,000, and is a limited character released in . She was also the sixteenth limited character in Subway Surfers, and the fourteenth limited character in the World Tour series.

In the update, her can be obtained at level 10 in the Season Hunt (collect 80 ).

Her Ceibo Outfit released in originally costing Tier 30 of Season Hunt, now 150.

Default Outfit

Rosa is a Mexican teenage girl from / with a red, white and turquoise outfit, while her hair is brown and long tied in a braid, with a big red rose. She wears a pair of black boots and a red, Mexican-specific belt. Her eyes are brown. She has thick eyebrows and eyelashes. 

Fox Outfit

Launched in , she received an outfit too, the Fox Outfit, which costs 30. Her clothes and fan turned to black and red and now has a big black hat. She also has a black mask which covers the top of her face.

Ceibo Outfit

In , she received the Ceibo Outfit. Her hair braided brown lilac ombre with ceibo flower decoration and Rosa wears a red shirt, silver double piercings on her left ear, three white necklaces, white pants, and red sneakers and white laces, she also has an Argentina flag lapel pin in her right leg.

• Her Fox Outfit Is possibly inspired by the film The Mask of Zorro.
• She is the second limited female character to receive her outfit right after being introduced to Subway Surfers, the first being Mina.

• Rosa was originally a Mexico City surfer, but was later changed to a Mexico surfer.
