Phoenix is an African-American teenage dark-skinned boy from with a blonde 80’s style high-top fade. He also sports a white t-shirt with a small orange sleeveless basketball jersey with the number 23 on it, the shorts that he wears are white with orange on the sides. He wears long socks with orange and blue stripes on them, he has some blue roller skates with orange wheels. He has almond eyes with a blue wristband on his left arm and one singular small gold earring on his right ear.

Party Business Outfit

Launched in , he received his Party Business outfit, in this outfit his hair becomes longer and he wears purple sunglasses with pink lenses he wears a zipper jacket with purple pink and yellow colors with a white shirt behind it he has blue sleeves and his blonde hair looks a little darker. He also has long purple socks and rollers in red and yellow colors, the wheels look a little darker as well as their holding part.

Summer Outfit

Launched in , his hair is now curly and black with golden highlights, a white, light blue and light red sweater, gray shorts, white socks with reddish red, his roller skates are black with red wheels and he has 2 golden piercings in his right ear.
