Monster is a type of hoverboard in Subway Surfers. It will protect you from crashing for 30 seconds. When crashed, the hoverboard will explode and will need a few seconds to recharge before it can be used again. It has the appearance of a green monster's upper-face at the upper-side of the board and it's bottom-face at the bottom-side.
During the Bangkok edition, it received a new upgrade, called Speed Up which costs 100.
During the Las Vegas edition, it received a new upgrade, called Super Jump which costs 110.

- The Monster board was added to the game on 3 Jamuary 2013.
- On 6 November 2014, the Bangkok update gave it a new upgrade called "Speed Up".
- On 1 January 2015, the Las Vegas update gave it a new upgrade called "Super Jump".
