It has the appearance of a board with the bootleg version of Jake on a cardboard cutout (from the one of the Subway Surfers clone games, Train Surfers). On the bottom there is a wineglass indicating that this is from a cardboard that indicates fragile item(s).
Regardless of any upgrades added, it doesn't get any changes to its appearance.

- Jak is from a ripoff of Subway Surfers on the Google Play Store called 'Train Surfers'. On the Apple App Store it is called 'Subway Cute Runner' but in-game being the same and still called Train Surfers. However, the game on Google Play Store is no longer available.
- Jak is a recurring joke from Subway Surfers' social media accounts in which he appears in many memes by them.
- This is the first hoverboard that has no changes when selecting an upgrade, with the second being Guard Board (same with exclusive hoverboards in the Chinese Version).
- In the Chinese Version, Jak's name is Paper Jak, precisely "Paper" because "杰克" is translated as "Jake", "Jack" or "Jak", and that's why Jack is called Locke (洛克).
- The Jak cardboard cutout exists in real life as shown in the Subway Surfers social media videos. It's unknown if this cardboard cutout was made before or after however.
