Hali is a limited character released in the update. She is the 167th character in the game and the 3rd Rival character in the game, being one of the 4 Rivals and Fresh’s rival.

Hali is a 16 years old dark-skinned American teenage girl and DJ from . She has pink eyes and black pink hair and two strands tied in a yellow ribbon, there is a light pink flower in the front of her hair, and she wears purple headphones with the Rivals logo. She has a piercing on her right eyebrow and a heart on her cheek. On her right hand she has one bracelet purple and the other green, on the left a pink ribbon. She wears a long purple t-shirt with yellow flowers and blue pants, black with pink ribbon bumbag, white long socks and black and white sneakers, with red laces on her right and green laces on her left.
