Hali is a limited character released in the update. She is the 167th character in the game and the 3rd Rival character in the game, being one of the 4 Rivals and Fresh’s rival.

Hali is a 16 years old dark-skinned American teenage girl and DJ from . She has hazel eyes and black hair with the tips being pink and two strands tied in a yellow ribbon, there is a coral flower in the front of her hair, and she wears purple headphones with the Rivals logo. She has a piercing on her right eyebrow and a heart on her cheek. On her right hand she has one bracelet pink and the other light green, on the left a raspberry ribbon. She wears a long purple t-shirt with pastel yellow flowers and dark blue pants, black with pink ribbon bumbag, long lavender socks and black and white sneakers, with salmon laces on her right and chartreuse laces on her left.

Gummy Bear Outfit

Released in , Hali wears a hot pink onesie with violet hearts stitched on both of its knee areas. She also has a violet key necklace, as well as a pair of white shoes and headphones with light green accents. Her hairstyle are heart-shaped spacebuns with seemingly violet pigtails on the back. A pink heart sticker is located in her right cheek, a light green bracelet on her left hand, and she still has her gold right eyebrow piercing.
