It is a rocket-shaped board using Captain Flash's colors, that being gray, green, dark green, blue and dark blue.

Flash Jet, Wind-Up Rocket, and Snow Down are the last hoverboards released in 2023.
It is the fourth board, the first being Choo Choo, the second being Glacier, the third being Ginger Boom, the fifth being Wind-Up Rocket, the sixth being Snow Down, the seventh being Buck Lightdeer, the eighth being Chill Out, the ninth being Candy Crash, and the tenth being Mean Green Machine.
