He can be unlocked by purchasing with 95,000, just like all other limited characters. Both his Frost Outfit and Faux Fur Outfit can be purchased for 30, respectively.

Faux Fur Outfit

Released in , in his Faux Fur outfit, he wears a fluffy zebra print hat, as well as a zebra print gown and black boots. He wears black gloves and holds a black and white rod.
