Subway Surfers World Tour: Marrakesh 2020 is the 119th update of Subway Surfers and 114th ​​​​​installment in the World Tour series. This edition includes the return of Salma as a prize of the new Season Hunt. This edition also has the return of Cobra as a prize of the new Season Hunt, and 8th Birthday for free. The Season Hunt Tokens are Birthday Cakes (). It was released on May 7th, 2020 in some Android devices and on 18 May, 2020 on IOS devices.

• Hugo and Jolien's new outfits (Pirate Outfit for Hugo and Spring Outfit for Jolien) automatically appeared in for those who already owned both before the update, but its editions would be released later.
• The Roto board texture was changed.
• Marco, Zuri and Jenny received new animations.
• Casket, Scarab, Jewelled, and Clockwork get new graphics in this update.
• Alicia (Tracksuit Outfit) and Rex (Win Outfit) sunglasses are updated from the lenses being transparent to not transparent.
• The Weekly Hunt was replaced with Season Hunt.
• The My Tour tab was removed.
• The Time Travel glitch returns.
• This update was missing a trailer however it was probably planned to have one since the soundtrack can be found on YouTube.
• Qin was supposed to be in this update, but this did not happen.
• Tricky's Heart Outfit and Camo Outfit switched positions.
• There were no SYBO YouTube vs episodes for this update.
• This is the first edition without a trailer after 5 years.
• This was the first edition that for most Android devices, did not get this update.
• This edition did not have a banner.
• Wordy Weekend was completely changed, only 2 cores are used and quantity of characters in both of them are reduced to 17 characters each core. Jake and Fresh always be the first 2 characters in both cores. Most of limited characters appear in Wordy Weekend now cost for . Until now, character orders are fixed without any change (except for Marco replaced with Mina order since ).
• This is the biggest update ever because this update changed everything.
• The home screen animation was broken in this update, the characters no longer blinked this but then was fix a tiny bit in then fully fixed in .
• At the end of the update, it changed to . This was due to it being the default city.
• This update changed the Coin Magnet sound.
• This update is the first update when the border in logo was removed.
