Trivia[]
- The event coin is the 4th payment method on Subway Surfers game after the coin, the key and real money.
- The colors of event coins can be changed for any update, pink event coins () released in , gray event coins () released in , blue event coins () released in and red event coins () released in .
- Gold and violet event coin colors were seen in some promo images but hasn't released in any update yet.
- The token boost was added in for 1,000 event coins (changed in to 2,500 event coins).
- The Token Boost gives a ×2 multiplier for Season Hunt tokens for 24 hours.
- In , the event coins can be collected via Mini Mystery Box, with a 25% chance for get 100-500 event coins and a 1% chance for get 1,000 event coins.
- The purple event coin 3D model was changed to a less bright color in .
- Since , event coins are no longer a reward in the Season Hunt. This has come back in but is only available in the gift tier.
