Dragon is a Chinese boy from . He has a white tangzhuang with a red jacket, yellow spiked armbands and fingerless gloves. He also wears a red dragon mask, brown track pants, white tights and black sandals. He has a black/grey ponytail.

Dragon is the fourth surfer of 2024, after Skye, Thunder and Azura.
When he was released in the game, he was marked as a surfer but in his bio he was referred to as a surfer. In his title was changed to a Special Surfer.
He's the fourth surfer, after Zi Hao, Skye and Thunder.
- He's also the fourth surfer released in after Nikos, Moira and Azura.
He is the third Asian character of 2024 after Skye and Thunder.
His age is unknown unlike other surfers who had their character bios revealed before him (except for Captain Flash and Clockwork Johnny), the second being Red Panda, the third being Pins, and the fourth being Dr. Flyman.
