So I’m basically gonna choose three updates from each category; underrated, overrated and finally overhated.
I'll explain my opinions on the update like the content or the whole thing in general and give you my thoughts if it should be in the category or not and I'll hit ya with a rating similar to my 2024 ranking posts!
OVERHATED-
• The North Pole 2023 ⛄
I kinda am mixed on this one since I actually enjoyed this update more than most, it is although my fourth or fifth favourite Christmas update with Saint Petersburg 2020 and Subway City X-Mas 2022 reigning supreme in my eyes.
The North Pole 2023 is, I believe, overhated. I understand the remix controversy, I prefer the 2021 one also, but it makes sense. Clockwork Johnny as a severely underrate…

Such a terrible update, honestly. It wasn't even disappointing, it was down right awful. I think the ONLY good thing about the entire update was Tutti. Just him, I hated the map, Phoenix's Party Business Outfit was a huge letdown and the god awful music, I just don't like any Barcelona update!

SHOULD: Saint Petersburg, Super Runner City, Iceland, Cambridge, Beijing and Vancouver.

Character Reappearance History (2012)
It has been decided that due to performance reasons, the Character Reappearances blog will have to be split by year. Even with a tiny bit of characters in just one page, the Wiki editor and blog slows down quite a lot.
For now the data is based off this Wiki information (assuming the data to be true), Google search and watching YouTube videos of past bundle offers. It does not account for any flash deal returns, unless I can find concrete evidence that it is so. Also, past Wordy Weekend appearances (where the character used to cost 95,000 to unlock) are not counted for the time being.

How to change cities in events in new 2024???
What you need to do is:
1. Open this app (link here: https://subway-surfers-decryptor.vercel.app)
2. Go to Select file, then go to Android \data\com.kiloo.subwaysurf\files\profile and then select "generic_challenges.json"
3. When you look down, the file wiil be decrypted. So you can select for example: s92_marrakesh_mh (that's the name of the Marrakesh Mystery Hurdles in the files)
4. When you have selected, then see targetCity, then you'll see next to it that it says Marrakesh, then press twice to edit, then remove Marrakesh and add for example Zurich, then it will say Zurich
5. When you have done everything, then prees button export, then prees to save file, then write generic_challenges.json, then prees to accept
6. Open File Manager, then go to do…
