I've been on this wiki a while but I think it's time I finally commit to something I've told myself a few months ago. I will be leaving this wiki, not entirely, but you will not see me here most of the time. My decision has been influenced by a variety of factors, both with changes to the game and the wiki.
The game has gone through a lot of significant changes as of late and the most important one to me is the outfit changes. My interest was already waning and the outfits were the only thing keeping me in the game. But then they separated them all. And now, they aren't even organized. One of my favorite things to do was see all of my collected outfits neatly organized but now that isn't even a possibility.
The wiki has also been going through changes. My decision to leave is because of two things, the off-topic category and ai generated images plaguing the wiki. I get it, sometimes people aren't skilled enough to make their own art. Me included since my drawings look like a toddlers. But ai generated art just gives me the heebie jeebies and I don't like looking at it. The off-topic category is also a big factor. I come to this wiki to talk about a mobile game I grew up with, not your other interests. If you want to talk about those, go to that wiki, not this one. Off-topic categories are never something I'm a fan of, since wiki's devolve in a cesspool of advertisements for something I don't care about and conversations about something I've never heard of. It's the Subway Surfers Wiki, not the talk about whatever you want wiki.
I have met a lot of good people here, like Miss Maia and Amira, Slayarts, and Subwaysurf 2.0, and EpikFishy to name a few. But the flaws of this wiki are too much to overlook and the game isn't fun enough to play anymore. This is my final sign-off. Farewell, Subway Surfers Wiki.
