Yes. Luoyang seems like a major step down from Winter Wonderland.

This was the exact same situation with Marrakesh after Ireland in 2024 and Cairo after Luoyang in 2022.

Winter Holiday should be the Christmas 2025 update.

^^ I actually agree with that second part. Marrakesh was the WORST update this year and Cairo wasn't very good either.
