The Tag Time event for Outatime Jake never appeared for me and I really want to get the character without using a mod or spending actual money (that I don't have 😂).Do you know?

You will have to unlock it to be able to play the event.

You can only get the Event if you have Outatime Jake. Also it has no Cooldown.
